Refund & Return Policy
Our refund policy lasts 45 days, and only covers defective items or items damaged in transit. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds & Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at email@example.com within 45 days of receiving your order and include pictures of the damaged items. Upon receipt, we will send out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- you receive the wrong item
- you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
Lost or Stolen Packages
Airprify is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Airprify will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
